We arrived in the middle of an Atlantic gale (25-40mph winds; driving rain; and low 40s F), but the cottage provided an extremely comfortable port in the storm. The weather cleared and the vistas from the cottage were fascinating. The cottage sits on a peninsular jutting into th Atlantic and is approximately 250 yards from the Tralee Links Golf Course which was designed by Arnold Palmer. The club house provides an opportunity for a full Irish breakfast and amazing views of the course and Atlantic coast. The cottage has a large kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchen ware which we used for most breakfasts and lunches. The master bedroom is quite large with a two stuffed chair sitting area. The en-suite bathroom was a bit small but functional. The highlight of the cottage is the large sitting room with leather sofas, a lovely fireplace and large picture windows. A very cozy place to while away the day. The cottage is quite remote so eating out became an evening event, but with a little effort wonderful seafood and Irish meals are available. Finally, we can not say enough about the cottage owner. Kieran was readily available to answer any question. He made our stay the best! Shawn & Rodney from Tampa, Florida
