From the moment you enter this breathtaking, 3500 square foot luxury home, you will feel as if it were built just for your family or group. Its massive gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with over-sized stainless appliances, veggie sink, and six burner range. Soaring open beam ceilings, reclaimed Australian hardwood flooring, organic wool carpeting, radiant heating, and low-e wood casement windows are just part of the appeal of this certified green home.

4 bedrooms + Large Bunk Loft, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half-bath. 3 living areas. Permitted for 5 cars total with available parking in 2-car garage and 4-car driveway (depending on vehicle size). Easily accommodates 12 guests.
1st Floor: Garage and King Master Suite with private bath.
2nd Floor: Entry Foyer, Great Room (Kitchen/Dining/Living Room), Family Room, laundry room, and half-bath.

Minutes from Lake Tahoe beaches and boating, world-class hiking, and mountain biking; nearby skiing at Heavenly Valley, Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood; Nevada-style casinos and nightlife are a few minutes away; championship golfing, with 2 courses, within 1 mile; and the Upper Truckee River within blocks. The home's setting, in Country Club Estates, is located away from the “hustle and bustle” of town, yet is only a few minutes from all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It provides a perfect spot for relaxing walks and bike rides.

IMPORTANT: We priorities our relationships with our neighbors and we prioritize making sure their "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS are especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by county ordinance. Lovely home in great location

Lovely, well-appointed home in a great location to South Lake Tahoe amenities. The rooms were comfortable and easily accommodated our family of six, including a dog. We were not able to use the backyard because of the abundance of snow during our April stay, but we look forward to trying a visit in the summer. The property manager was responsive and courteous before, during and after our stay.

Fantastic Tahoe South Shore Getaway

This home is the perfect family and pet friendly getaway. Just a short drive to casinos and Heavenly ski resort but far enough away for peace and tranquility. The home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking. Spacious multi-level home with two master suites, radiant heat floors. Plenty of space for everyone to collect and enjoy together time but also big enough for everyone to have their own space. Easy parking for 4 cars, well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, supplies, and appliances. Erik was a great host, excellent communication. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Comfortable relaxing stay for a ski-trip - well recommended for groups!

Property has a lot of space, was incredibly comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, and a property manager that was very easy to contact. Location is super close to major ski-resorts. Will stay again!

After 6 years of using VRBO to rent wonderful cabins all over the Tahoe area, I have to say that this was the best cabin we've ever stayed in. It truly is incredibly spacious and luxurious, and it was a perfect place to host our week-long winter getaway for our family and friends. The property manager is also a wonderful asset for this rental, as he was on top of everything, making sure the cabin was ready to go when we arrived, and readily available via cell/text whenever we had a question or concern. I would have no reservation from renting this place again for our next Tahoe vacation.
