I want to apologize to the owner of this nice place for the bad review - I understand it's not the owner's fault, but the management company fail. The condo is actually very nice, located in a quiet area with friendly neighbors; plenty of space in the house and a lot of "extras", like TVs in every room, hot tub, extra storage, spare blankets, etc. However, the place was very dirty: carpet stains everywhere, molded shower curtains, pots with burnt food inside, hairs in the cutlery drawer. The small table on the first floor was simply falling apart missing parts, there was a wooden plank laying under the reclining chair (I am guessing the piece of the chair). The paint on the dresser in the loft peeled off over the whole top. Missing screens on some windows, which was inconvenient considering there is no AC and we needed to open the windows to cool the place. Spider webs and dust on the tables. On top of it, the extremely strong smell of mold in the lower level, to the point our friend with asthma had to go for a walk outside while we all tried to vest the place. We called the management company and they sent over a maintenance guy who sprayed and odor neutralized, which made the situation only worse. I went to the management company and spoke with their manager regarding the condition of the place, she refunded my the cleaning fee, but I still believe that if the place is mismanaged and overpriced (for the current condition of the falling apart furniture and health hazards), it would be only fair to provide more significant discount and reimburse customers for the current stay.
