ja! 8 SHARC-pass ingår! Vårt ljusa och ljusa bekväma hem har tre separata utomhusutrymmen för att njuta av avkoppling, läsning, grilla, badtunna och njuta av uppfriskande drycker. Köket är välutrustat (dvs matprocessor, mixer, elektrisk stekpanna, air popper och mer) och välfylld. Matsalen har komfortabelt 8 plus två stolar vid bänken. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en ny eldstad för de kyliga nätter, stor platt-TV, DVD-spelare, drottning futon och gott om sittplatser för konversation, skratt och njutning av dina gäster.

Det första sovrummet ligger också på huvudnivån och har en bekväm king size-säng, platt-TV med DVD-spelare, direkt tillgång till den privata badtunna utomhus och en extra rymlig fåfänga och diskbänk precis utanför hela badrummet.

Det andra sovrummet med en bekväm queen size-säng är på övre plan med två stora garderober, platt-TV och badrum. Loftet på den övre nivån innehåller ett nytt spelbord som konverterar till ett pokerbord, våt bar med kyl och handfat, rulla säng, platt-TV, garderob och direkt tillgång till övre däck.

Vi har ett unikt beläget 3: e sovrum / 3: e badrumsstudio med enkel duschkabin, spjälsäng (som kan omvandlas till en king size-säng) och en platt-TV. Denna studio är perfekt för ungdomar eller alla som vill komma ifrån allt! (Den här "studio getaway" är kopplad till garaget som är anslutet till hemmet).

Hemmet sover bekvämt 8 i sängar, men kan sova 10 (förutsatt 2 på drottningen futon).

Wonderful experience

We loved this house! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a hot week but there were plenty of fans and it cooled down at night and was very tolerable. The beds were comfortable, the studio bedroom worked well for our adult son. There were 10 bikes in excellent condition. Nice hot tub, we would definitely stay in this house again!

Lovely home but missing one key thing… Air conditioning!!!

This was our second stay at this property. We just love it! The home is fantastic as is the location. This time however it was HOT in SunRiver (90’+) and the home does not have A/C and only a couple of the windows open. And we were not comfortable leaving the slider doors wide open with screens that didn’t lock on the first floor overnight especially since it was just two women with our children. That didn’t make us feel at all safe. We all had trouble sleeping in the 86’ house at night and that made for an exhausting trip. We ran all the fans non stop I opened up the sliders at 6am each morning and the front door, and garage door to get a cross breeze and by mid morning the house would cool off to around 72’ and we would close it all up and shut all the blinds. But it would be hot again by 4pm. I have been to SunRiver about 15 times for vacation and all the other 4 homes I have stayed at did have A/C and so I was pretty surprised this one did not. Especially for how nice it is and for the price per night. I think the homeowners should add that to their property. Or at the bare minimum install a temporary swamp cooler in the summer months. Other than being too hot overnight and not sleeping well the house is such a fantastic place to vacation. It’s extremely well stocked, clean and feels like home. We love the floor plan and location. It has a beautiful front yard for the kids to play in. We loved using the included bikes and sharc passes as well.

Perfect for Families!

This Sunriver home was everything advertised and was a wonderful place to stay with a great yard for family get togethers! We had no problems while there, but the hosts were fantastic with communication before we arrived, so I have no doubt that all needs would have been addressed promptly if needed.

Nice Property

This is a beautiful home located about 2 miles from Sunriver Village. We had picked the home for the size since we were staying there for a baseball tournament. Home had every amenities we needed included bikes for all ages and SHARC passes (fair warning - SHARC can get really busy and the wait line to get in can be long). The only thing that was a little odd was the 3rd/Studio bedroom with the two twin beds. The odd part was the bathroom was exposed to the bedroom. My boys found it disturbing and warmed one another not to go #2 while the other was trying to sleep. 😂 We had a great time on our mini-vacation.

We love Central Oregon and the fact that there are 300+ sunny days a year here! My husband and his family have been vacationing in Sunriver since highschool. One of our favorite things to do is go for a "coffee walk" first thing in the morning. Great time to plan the day's activities!

The three separate outdoor areas of this beautiful home was what initially attracted us. We like the two master suites with plenty of sleeping areas for kids and teens. The landscaping around the property and lawn was also something unique from other properties. The large loft area with small fridge and wet bar presents more options for us and our guests, too.
