Destination is a relaxing 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental home located in the Gulfside Cottages of Miramar Beach, Florida. This unique 2 story beach home is positioned perfectly on the East end of Destin (Miramar beach) and is only a stone's throw away from everything you could want, and more! You are half a mile south of the Silver Sands outlet mall where you will find over 120 designer outlet stores and 10+ restaurants to choose from! You can walk to the local Alvin’s Island Surf Shop if you forgot to pack your swimsuit and you have a Winn Dixie grocery store within walking distance as well! Gulfside Cottages is very unique in that it is very private and secluded while still keeping you close to all of the area attractions including the Sandestin golf and beach resort located just a mile down the road! When staying at Destination, you have a large community pool and deeded beach access. The pool is only 2 houses down and there are no roads to cross between your house and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico (about 2-3 minute walk).

The main living area of Destination is on the first floor and has a serene laid back décor with a sea foam green colored couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and a matching love seat. They face an entertainment system that includes a TV, DVD player and a CD sound system. A glass topped table nearby has four chairs next to an open white kitchen featuring a counter bar with stools for casual dining. There is also a powder room off the main living area for added convenience.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a guest bedroom with twin beds, each of which has a full private bath en suite. Gleaming honey toned hardwood flooring provides homey warmth to each room and glass doors access the balcony with views of the lovely neighborhood across the tree tops.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Dining, Kitchen, Power Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Two Twin Beds with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
