We had a great condo, Norma Jean was great to work with. She reached out a month prior to let us know the elevators would likely be worked on/ sadly we weren’t able to use them at all during our stay. We had internet issues twice but they resolved quickly. The location was the biggest challenge- it was nice to be across from
Gulf Place for dining but being directly adjacent to the public beach access was a big challenge. If you want to see the water from the beach you have to rent the chairs because they take the ENTIRE front row- that was a $500 expense and they don’t police the private beach with the armbands that we received, so it was beyond crowded. Our kids spent the entire week at a friends’ beach about a mile down the coast, which was disappointing. The property was very nice and well stocked though. I imagine if you visit on the off season, it would be perfect!
