A quite peaceful location, close to all parks .

A beautifully presented and clean villa in a quiet residential area. A good size pool and deck area. Ideal location for exploring parks and the wider cental florida area. We would definitely stay again.

Great quiet place to stay!

We came down for about a week & stayed here- the place was great, the pictures on the listing don't do justice. It's a beautiful house, with a beautiful pool. It's in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cull de sac. It's about 2-3 minutes from a Walmart, and it's in the suburbs of Kissimmee so it's right around the corner from anything you'll need. About 40 minutes from universal with traffic - 30 without & 15-20 minutes from Disney properties. Everything for check in & check out were laid out in a nice binder on the coffee table so it made the stay stress fee for any questions/concerns we had. Great place to stay - will definitely book again if it's open for my next vacation.

Our stay at this property was top notch! Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property it was quiet and private. All needs were met and we felt like we were at home.

Beautiful, clean and peaceful property in great location for Disney World

I was so excited to find this property. Most 2 bedroom places we'd come across were the adjoining townhouses which were overlooked and seemed to have really small and not very bright and airy pool areas. When we arrived, it definitely lived up to the online photos! The pool and outdoor area was very clean, peaceful and private, the back garden being entirely fenced in. The garden lawn was well cut. Inside the villa was clean, tidy and such a welcome rest after long days at Disney and Universal! The owners were very responsive to our questions. We had a hire car, which definitely made life easier. Whilst there aren't shops/restaurants in immediate walking distance in this residential area, you could probably manage here without a hire car. Ubers are so readily available and reasonably priced (and kind of offset the price of parking at Disney World!), and you can pre-book grocery deliveries with Walmart (we did it before leaving the UK). Very peaceful neighbourhood, we felt very safe staying here. The only one thing it might benefit from are a couple of extra sun loungers, but we were out at the parks so much, we didn't find this to be much of an issue.

Russ and Jackie were both in the travel business. Russ was in shipping and Jackie worked for the airlines. We had done a lot of travelling and knew what we wanted. A place to get away and relax. We loved the Disney area and when we found this house it was perfect in all aspects to what we believed we wanted and for others. We wanted a south facing pool where there was a lot of sun throughout the day and a private back yard that did not back onto another house. A safe neighborhood where I could go running, walking or biking. A house that was split design so when we invited friends down or family the bedrooms would be on either side of the house. A bathroom that has a door onto the pool for obvious reasons. A shaded area as I can only take so much sun. Also I wanted to see water spills on the pool and palm trees to look at in the back yard. We also wanted to make sure the property was clean and kept up - we bought it brand new. The house has had furniture and pool up dated and there is always up keep in painting. We got rid of the carpet and love the tiled floor through out which is great for people with sensitivities. We still love the place and hope you will as well.

We chose this property due to its close proximity to Disney World (5 miles). The property is in a cul-de-sac away from traffic. The house is a large two bedroom open concept design with lots of natural light. The private backyard and not having houses behind us was important. And most of all having southern exposure and the sun on the pool throughout the day.

SOUTH FACING POOL! From morning to late afternoon you have the sun. Nothing is worse than having a pool and you are in the shade for most of the day. MARGARITAVILLE only 2 miles away. Water Park, Movie theatre, restaurants.

We maintain our home. Continually updating furniture and appliances. New wall mounted Smart TV in master bedroom, new refrigerator, pool resurfaced and tiled, pool deck repainted, complete new Air Conditioning system to ensure you are always comfortable, even a newly reshingled roof so you are safe and secure in all weather. We are the original owners and have kept it because we love the location and the home.
