Wedding

We staying with friends to attend the wedding of our friend’s daughter. The villa was lovely- clean, comfortable and very well located. We would definitely come back again!

Brilliant Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The tram stops right outside the gate and it's pretty much right in the middle of town. The villa is old but the bathrooms are modern and the property is charming. A few floor tiles are loose and some of the old wooden double doors don't fully close, but the villa is comfortable, the bedroom AC works well, the pool was fantastic, and having parking right in the middle of town is huge. (Impossible to get the car in or out on market days or festival days.) Would stay here again.

Perfect location and lovely outdoor area

Unique townhouse right in the centre of Soller. We really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful private outdoor garden with a swimming pool and dining area. The decor in the bedrooms and living room is a bit outdated but we didn’t spend much time inside so it didn’t matter. Plenty of bathrooms - modern and clean. The wifi only works in one room at the front of the house. There is an amazing restaurant 30 seconds walk from the house called Ca'n Pintxo which we would highly recommend! All in all we would come back again!

Beautiful house in the centre of Soller

We had such a gorgeous time staying at this property. The house itself is fabulous, especially if you like traditional, antique, ornate and grand style. It's in the middle of Soller, right by the main square and next to the tram stop. It was perfect for a family stay (we had a 6 and 3 yo with us), so easy to get around town and down to the beach at Port Soller. I would maybe say if you had younger children that the stairs (there are lots of them and all tiled) might be an issue. Ann was super helpful and responsive, and we had a beautiful and memorable stay here and would certainly return. There is parking for one car here, the only thing to flag is that you'll need to move your car prior to Saturday morning (market day - right outside!), but there are several car parks nearby to use. The pool is a good size for a town house. There are good laundry facilities and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you'd need.

Gorgeous Home with Difficulties

I absolutely want to convey that the House was beautiful and could not have been in a better location. We could walk from our front door and be at an amazing restaurant or in the Soller Center in 1 minute. The woman who checked us in was very flexible and due to us checking in a day later than the typical check in date for the property made sure that the keys were available and the lights and AC were on when we arrived, although she couldnt be there. We worked it out. The back entrance from the street to the property, which has a large locked gate, was not able to be accessed by us. I couldnt find the code anywhere. We did receive a book that was a helpful source for calling a cab and tram times, but the other information about the house seemed like it may have been incorrect in the book. For a bit i wondered if i had was in the right house. The things that made our stay difficult started there, however. The Water and WIFI were not working when we arrived so i contacted the woman who was helping us with our stay. She communicated for the first day, but over the weekend went silent. We went to the market and was told that the plumber would come by but that the WIFI couldnt be looked at until Monday. The plumber came by while we were out, but the water still didnt work when we got home. Then communication went silent. Luckily i was able to go down into the base floor at the pool entrance and figure out that a pump was tripped to failure, so i pushed reset.
