PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without entitlement to a refund

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Great family friendly stay w/ great location

We had a brilliant stay for a week in this villa in Oct 2023, two families each with one small child. It would be a great base for two or three sets of adults, or two sets of adults with two small children like us, the internal room does have blinds and curtains and managed to keep enough light out for our 2 year old to comfortably sleep in it. The air con is brilliant and in every room apart from bathrooms and kitchen. The outside space is great with enough walking distance to the pool to make it safe for small children, outside dining table and bbq were brilliant. Beware the mosquitos though and pack your repellant!! The space is quiet and as we were there out of season we almost had the entire place to ourselves. Each villa has their own loungers to take to the pool and back each day (30 seconds away!) so it means everyone gets some spot in the sun. There are 3 baby pools and 3 adult pools, all great. Location wise it’s around a 20 min walk to the marina, a very safe and easy stroll with a buggy or toddler. About a 15 min walk to the old village up hill and close to a golf course which we didn’t use. The Spar is over the road, there is a washing machine that we also had access to and plenty of local amenities. The villa itself had pretty much everything we needed although I’d recommend they get some more pieces in the kitchen, for example there were no chopping boards and hardly enough coffee cups for us. Minor details! Would return.

Muito agradável e familiar

O condomínio é muito sossegado e agradável . Localização excelente. A moradia é espaçosa e confortável embora a decoração e equipamentos estejam um pouco ultrapassados. A empresa SAP presta um excelente serviço de apoio. Muito agradável e queremos voltar para o ano! Máquina de café de cápsulas melhores talheres e incluir tesoura e mais facas toalhas de cozinha e pegas renovar torneiras das casas de banho melhorar decoração
