Good location - quiet and out of the way.

Checking in and collecting the keys was no problem. On-site manager was very helpful. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of this villa. Would recommend hiring a 4x4 as the property is accessed by a dirt track about a mile long, which can be entertaining driving along it after some rain. The villa has 3 bedrooms, which are bright and spacious, 2 upstairs rooms have en-suite. Also has a washing machine and large fridge freezer, which came in handy. Large pool was also made use off every day.

Family holiday

Communication with owner whilst booking was excellent and prompt. Manager Toni her and staff looking after the property were excellent and really helpful. Villa was very spacious and suited for large families. Generally well equipped, well presented with clean pool and ample outdoor seating and own off road parking. Nice that coffee, tea, water, bread, butter and milk were provided on arrival. Useful and appreciated since we arrived close to midnight. Neighbouring Vineyards complex which we could use was stunning. Pools were excellent and we enjoyed good food and nice service. Villa positives Very spacious 3 double bedrooms and bathrooms Excellent WiFi Great aircon Washing machine BBQ Secure 5 min walk to Vineyards resort in dry conditions Only 10 minute drive to Nessebar, 10 minutes to large Supermarkets (Janet and Lidl) and a brilliant water park. 25 minutes to Burgas airport. Villa negatives Access to the villas of Floral Hills is a dirt track through farmer fields. A 20 minute downpour puts this dirt track out of action for at least a day. You then have to park and walk from the Vineyards complex. Our shoes looked like we had been to Glastonbury after the 10 min walk in the mud. OK in the usual dry Summer months, not sure about other months. Would benefit from a proper access road. Lots of insects and wasps. We have never been bitten so much by mosquitos and other insects on a holiday and the wasps were always drinking from the pool edge. Outdoor pool light did not work during our stay, despite reporting it on the first day of a 2 week holiday. We enjoyed our holiday and will be visiting this area again next year. beaches are superb, prices for families eating out are very cheap and we loved Nessebar. We would recommend providing a toilet roll, especially for guests arriving in the evening. We have left 6 in the utility room to help with this.

One Week in August

The villa was easy to get to from Bourgas airport as Jemima had advised, despite the fact that the road up to the complex is a dirt track! The location of the villa was more remote that we were expecting. It was a brief worry on arrival when the manager of the complex was not aware of our booking and we had to wait two hours in the neighbouring resort while the villa was prepared for us. Thankfully it was not double booked. Toni, the manager, was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The villa itself was very nice and ideal for what we needed, though we had thought from the advertisement on the internet that we were getting a villa with more than three bedrooms. A number of small things could have made our experience even more enjoyable. They are: 1. More than one key for the villa; 2. Toilet paper could have been stocked in the villa; 3. A shuttle bus or arranged taxi service at a fixed price would have made travelling to the local towns less hassle. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable and the villa was good value. We would recommend it, though probably to a family looking for peace and quiet rather than young people looking to explore and meet people. Thank you Toni and Jemima. Regards, David.

We both have our business in Edinburgh which takes up most of our time. We spend any free time visiting our villa in Bulgaria. Our family is grown up and left home. We do however have 10 grandchildren.

We choose Bulgaria as we find the people lovely, and the area we purchased our villa Kableshkova beautiful, and the weather is heaven.

It is a beautiful location with uninterrupted views to the Balkan Hills and the Black Sea. The villa is on a small estate of 21 villas, and is very peaceful and private. We have our own infinity pool, and beautiful garden. The Vineyards is a large complex a few minutes from our estate which we have full use, includes bars, restaurants, childrens play park, and several swimming pools. The villa is a short distance from the main airport in Burgas, and the beach at Sunny Beach. Also the historic town of Nessebar is minutes away. There are also water parks again a short distance away.

We relax and get away from the busy life we have at home. Very private without being to far away from all holiday entertainment if required. The confidence of a 24 hour 7 day a week security on site. Our villa is of a very high specification. We have our own building business in Edinburgh, and we had a lot of input into the building and finishings of the villa which shows in the interior and exterior compared to the other villas on the estate. Our villa has one of the biggest gardens, which is well maintained and stocked with plants and trees.
