Exklusiva Penthouse med fantastisk utsikt på däck

Detta är ett av fyra takvåningar på orten. 3bed / 2 bad ca 1500 kvm enhet som ser ut över de viktigaste Winter Park skidbacke område och by. Stort vardagsrum / matsal för maximal komfort. Välfylld kök. Däcket av enheten är ca 360 st ft, anledningen att välja denna plats. Det finns också en stor gemensam däck område med 20 personer badtunna och öppen spis på egendom. Underjordisk parkering. Ski skåp för alla dina skidutrustning. Vi är för närvarande ombyggnad så förbereda sig för VACKRA !!!

Det är en super kort promenad till 3 skidliftar. Huvudlyften du förbiser från enheten. Vi har en uppvärmd garage som håller runt 65F hela vintern. Håller bilarna varmt och skönt.

Perfect Christmas ski vacation!

The penthouse condo was in a perfect location for ski in/out! Love that we could see the slopes from the back door and deck! (Wish the deck would have been a 4 season deck- but it was still amazing!) the views were incredible, the location was perfect, and the communication/response time with the owner was immediate!!! Loved having a garage to park I , and lockers to keep ski gear!! The free Lyft bus system was so convenient and helpful to get to the town of WP and Fraser. The local Safeway full size grocery store is an easy 10 minute drive, or even better -take the Lyft to get there if you don’t have a lot to carry! I would definitely recommend this place!!

WOULD BE AS NICE AS ADVERTISED IF THEY CARED

This unit has a couple of things going for it, it's top floor and has pretty good views, however....... The unit is not being thouroughly cleaned and is in disrepair. The owners claim your stay is a priority but I never heard back after sending issues to them. Floors dirty under chairs, master toilet float valve installed incorrectly so you have to hold the handle to flush, two of three humidifiers did not work, food splatter on kitchen wall, ceiling and wifi router, light over master shower out, master has only one drawer to put clothes in, dirty sock in nightstand, dishwasher doesn't clean dishes, two fry pans in kitchen were so nasty they should be thrown away, the den chair and couch are missing their feet so they are too low to sit in, den tv mounted way to high, the washer has mold in it and the dryer makes noise like they belt is slipping, door strike plates missing on two bedroom doors, multiple wall patches have not been painted and new bathroom lights that leave the old paint exposed in areas, the master closet has an opening to the attic that has a cover but its not attached so it falls down and makes the master impossible to heat up, SAFETY ISSUES the rubber guard for the garbage disposal is gone and the disposal shakes violently. This should be fixed the right way, not by putting a drop in strainer over it. The bathroom wall heat unit has fallen down showing that the electrical connection was just poked through the wall, no junction box. Wish I could post pics!

great location, not quite as fancy/high end as advertised.

We spent 3 nights on a ski vacation at this property. While the overall stay was enjoyable, the rental condo lacked somewhat. The bedroom layouts were awkward and smallish. There was no room to unpack as the dressers were filled with towels and other goods. The bedroom TV's were in strange locations (on a table across from the dresser). The living room fireplace did not work. No remote and the push button igniter did not work. The built-in bench at the front entrance was not sturdy, there for could not be used when changeing footwear. Alhtough, the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils, it was not well-organized and difficult to easily locate items.The bathrooms were fine, but little things like the hand soap dispenser was broken. The unit was clean-ish. Not sparkling. Also the second bedroom stated 2 Queen Beds. The were bunked beds, and maybe full sized. Nice to have the washer/dryer. NIce to have the garage, but the barcode scanner did not always work, luckily the help button at the gate was a lfesaver, as there was someone always on duty to remotely help. The jacuzzi pool access was nice.

Our family is all avid skiers. My wife and I ski together every weekend while our three girls are off at team ski with the WP Comp Center and our son has his own coach every Saturday with the NSCD. We have lived in Colorado for more than 20 years now and truly believe the beauty of this state never gets old.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Being at the base of the mountain makes it so easy to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer; skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, and restaurants. You name it!!!

This property is quite unique as there are only four like it. The views are priceless!!! It is on the top floor of one of the four main buildings on the resort. The deck is an extension of the unit, you can enjoy it year-round.

We chose Winter Park because the resort is so kid-friendly and a friendly community altogether. They have a wonderful ski program for all types of skiers/boarders and the NSCD is priceless. There is something for everyone here!!!

We are just 36 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Short drive to the park. There are activities almost every weekend in the summer up here.

VILLAGE LIVING AT ITS BEST!!! Walk 50 yards to the main ski lift. You are right where everything happens and at the same time you are set back just enough to feel you are in your own world. You will truly feel on top of the world!!! Winter Park has the largest bike park in the USA.
