Bel Air is just five minutes walking distance of the village centre with all its amenities; shops, cafés, bars and restaurants and its weekly 'Marché Provençal'. The villa's grounds open onto a small and charming water irrigation channel or 'canal' from where one can either take a short-cut to access the village or in the other direction one can follow the canal path out of the village towards towards the nearby 11th century chapel of Notre Dame de Carami. From there a recognised touristic trail leads on to the scenic Lac de Carcès with its fishing and biking and hiking trails. So whether its, lounging by the pool, leisurely countryside walks or strolling into town for a glass of chilled rosé or a meal, Bel Air is excellently positioned for it all. Looking further afield, the village is ideally located at the crossroads of some of the region's most highly regarded villages of Cotignac, Lorgues and Entrecasteaux to name but three all within a 9miles radius. The lac de Carcès is a key feature of the area for fishing, hiking and biking. The beaches of Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime and Saint Tropez are only 40 mins away whilst other popular tourist attractions are the following distances: Aix-en-Provence 45 miles, Nice 70 miles, Saint Tropez 37 miles. The reknown golf course at Barbaroux Golf Club is about 10 miles distant. Lastly there's an Intermarche supermarket situated just half mile away.
