Ideally located, with a south-facing location and a magnificent view of a garden, this 26 m2 (2 rooms) apartment is ideally designed to accommodate 1 or 2 people for a vacation, in joyful comfort.
Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator - approximately 40 steps, not very high) of a former listed seaside hotel, this apartment, completely renovated and refreshed over the years, is composed of: a living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa (small fridge with freezer section, 3-burner hob, combined oven-microwave, washing machine/dryer), and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet. Free WIFI and Orange television.
NOTE: heating will be removed in June, July and August and weeks when it will not be used
The stairs and corridors are "old" and under renovation (by 2026 - these are the common areas that do not belong to me)
INFO: Parking is public and free in the town of Veules les Roses. Like all small French seaside villages, there are more visitors in summer (local people also like to come and spend the day there). However, with patience, you can always find a place. This apartment does not have a private parking space.
You will be 2 minutes walk from the beach, and 2 minutes from the shops of Veules les Roses.
Veules les Roses is a small, quiet village, facing the sea: the little gem of the Alabaster Coast! To discover: the smallest river in France, the old mills, the watercress field, the small streets with the typical architecture of this little corner of Normandy, the large beach of fine sand (at low tide) and pebbles, ...
Small local shops will allow you to taste regional specialties, and returning from fishing will be an opportunity to taste fish from our coasts (sea bass, turbot, etc.) as well as the famous Veules oysters.
You will be close to Saint Valéry en Caux, Fécamp, Etretat, Dieppe, Varengeville sur Mer, Quiberville, Sainte Marguerite sur Mer
