Det här härliga hemmet handlar om att njuta av det utomhus, ligga vid poolen och ha två uteplatser för att njuta av ett helt nytt utomhusgrill med Alfresco BBQ i dina drömmar med din egen privata bar och vardagsrum medan du tittar på 2 bergskedjor ... San Jacinto bergen och San Andreas. Bakgården är enorm - 1 tunnland med över 30 palmer på fastigheten. Tre fontäner på denna fastighet. Berömd konstnär och högsta VD har valt detta ökenslag på grund av integritet och lugn. Gångavstånd till Indian Wells Tennis Garden som är shuttle för Coachella & Stagecoach. Palm Desert Country Club 5 minuter bort. Lyxiga utemöbler med 4 schäslonger, 4 soffor, 9 barstolar, 3 paraplyer, 1 gungstol och ett matsalbord utanför. Misters ger en bra kylningseffekt och kan sänka temperaturen upp till 10 grader ute. Två stora täckta uteplatser, utomhusdusch, utomhus badkar och utomhus säng med ett öppet tak till stjärnorna. Poolen ger en solhylla för överlägsen avkoppling under poolparaply.

Gott om parkering på stor uppfart. Två bosatta roadrunners är ett hus favorit ... kul att se dem springa runt på gården. Det finns en hästsko grop att spela och massor av brädspel i korridoren garderoben plus hula hoops och pool leksaker.

Den spanska fontänen framför ger ett underbart ljud medan du arbetar i köket. Njut av en tupplur i ner soffan av glasstenen spis med inbyggd 52 "TV i vardagsrummet. Njut av frukost med utsikt över de snötäckta Santa Rosa-bergen. Gå på vandring på Joshua Tree Eller ha kyckling och våfflor på gården i Palm Springs. Beställ mat med LA bite.

VILLKOR: Det separata kontraktet måste vara undertecknat innan inträdet är tillåtet. Om du behöver se kontraktet innan du bokar, var god meddela mig förut och jag kommer att maila dig en kopia. We were very happy with our stay, the property was lovely. The location was a 5-10 minute drive to El Paseo. The owners are very particular about the way their house is run, which for some guests might seem overbearing, but in fact it is admirable and reflects on the type of stay you will have. They clearly use the property regularly themselves, so they set the bar high for their guests to maintain the property with respect, which results in a nicer stay. I have stayed in some houses with broken features throughout the house because it is "just a rental". You wont have that feeling with this house. We look forward to being allowed to rent the house again next year.

We rented the house to celebrate my wife’s second 30th birthday. 😆 It’s everything the reviews are saying. It’s a beautiful home, well maintained, and an awesome backyard. The owners are very responsive for any questions and were greats hosts.

Up to date home goes beyond my expectations!

This home is stunning and the pool is the perfect size to lounge in with your guest. Trampoline was in excellent shape. Outdoor tub was spotless. The decor is warm, cozy and inviting. Other homes don’t even come close to having the huge backyard and expensive outdoor furniture this one has. Maria was a joy to work with and she was able to accommodate our additional guest, more people, more use! We also had early check in…some places don’t even allow early check, so happy to pay for the luxury rather than be told it's not even possible. We know utilities in the desert can be pricey, so glad we paid to heat the pool for kids. Why spend this kind of money and then go cheap while you are there! You can tell they take special care of everything from trimming the trees to fresh paint and every utensil you can image. The new bathrooms are stunning! The outdoor bath tub is expected to get some dust...it's the desert...it happens in 5 minutes LOL. House is organized beyond belief! To be honest, I've stayed in a lot of homes and this one is the most maintained house I've ever seen. These are all custom lot's and so private...it's really your own resort. Also I expect to pay for custom tailoring to my reservation...it makes all the difference in the world. I like that Maria makes sure that people have good intentions & vets them...that's what helps to keep this property in good shape. Thanks again for a weekend we will never forget...we for sure are coming back.

Too good to be true

At first glance the property is beautiful, but read the details carefully as the extra charges will add up quickly. For example, the property might sleep 12 but you will be charged extra per person per night for occupancy over 8. 1-2 hour early check in are an additional cost. Misters are an additional cost. The location is convenient and the property is clean with a nice backyard barbecue entertaining space. However, the pool is short and narrow and smaller than appears on video. The trampoline is broken with unsafe netting. The outdoor tub was filthy with a skeletonized lizard. Be sure to purchase renters insurance to avoid claims of damaged items against you. If you enjoy 90's decor that is clean and tidy with a large grassy backyard, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of other property options with less hassle..
