The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our 5th year renting in The Villages, trying different neighborhoods to see where we want to purchase our retirement home. The location of this home is great, the wi-fi was fast and reliable, but everything else was a huge disappointment. We would NEVER rent this home again. Almost everything inside / outside the home is aged and at the end of its useful life. The appliances and fixtures are not maintained. By example – linens, which we learned are provided from a linen service, and blankets where worn and of very low quality, we bought a replacement set on Amazon after our first night. Drain in the kitchen sink and second bathroom were slow to drain, to the extent you ended up standing in a pool of water after your shower. Kitchen was poorly equipped, and what was there was worn, dirty and even rusted. The kitchen had no staples, not even salt or pepper. Garbage disposal did not work. Coffee pot so old and dirty but replaced by the management company within a few days (No Keurig, just your “landlord special” $25 Mr Coffee). Freezer started leaking water after our 3rd day and ultimately iced over to the point it would not maintain temperature. Management company sent in an appliance repair company who took it out of service for 24 hours but did provide a cooler to save our food. We learned that this was an ongoing issue. Broken chair in the foyer, damage to kitchen counter, broken shelves in kitchen cabinets, loose kitchen faucet, lights that did not work, old outdoor furniture, weeds growing all around in the rear yard, no propane BBQ grill. Also had an issue with the garage door randomly opening, we found out from the neighbor that his remote was also opening our garage, and he was kind enough to reprogram both ours and his to fix this problem. Clearly a combination between an owner who has no interest in investing in their rental property and a management company that has staffing issues and no attention to detail that lead to our very d
