The home had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. We were especially pleased with the deck, first floor bedroom with shower for an elderly family member, nice kitchen, garage access, and convenient location. It was a nice surprise to find puzzles and games, reusable water bottles we could take on hikes, etc.
We had a light fixture that did not work and the property manager was very responsive and came over within a few minutes to change the bulbs. We do, however, have a couple suggestions that would be helpful to the owners for future adjustments….the pillows in the upstairs bedrooms may be in need of an upgrade; it could be personal preference but our group had a hard time finding something that was neither too flat or too hard. The king beds upstairs both had noisy bed frames that were disruptive to the other sleeper when when someone rolled over. Also- for guests, please be aware the top bunk upstairs was not adult friendly for us—even for an active 23 year old. Overall, the house is lovely and well maintained, feels secluded although it is close to everything, and it is a great place for a family to gather in Estes Park.
