MASIA CLOXANÉT is a 550m2 large holiday home, which is situated 5 km. from the village Moiá and just 57 Km. from Barcelona. It is a traditional Catalan farmhouse, which dates from the end of the XIV century. The house was fully restored in 2008 and today it offers all modern comfort. The architect has beautifully preserved the traditional architecture of the Catalan country houses and the furniture, paintings and objects of the time but providing all the amenities.

MASIA CLOXANÉT has room for 17(+3) guests and is surrounded by garden and fruit trees and situated in a superb natural setting and just a five-minute walk from the prehistoric caves of El Toll. At an altitude of 800 meters, you can enjoy a splendid landscape with a view of all the mountain ranges in central Catalonia and Pre-Pyrenees.

There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, which is accessible for the disabled. The room has a private bathroom. The game room in MASIA CLOXANÉT is also situated on the ground floor and in the garden is a playground with swings, the swimming pool and a multipurpose court (basketball and football). The entire outdoor area is situated in excellent environment.
