Amazing location

This condo location is great. We were there over spring break and we still did not feel packed in on the beach. Easy drive to great restaurants and a very nice spot to walk down the beach nightly to watch the sunset. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we needed. Only negative is that the condo looked a bit run down but it was priced accordingly so there is really no complaint.

Getaway

Overall the property was lacking. It was in need of some minor updates and amenities. The price was a bit high for the location since it’s a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely condo with lanai looking over beach

This condo was well furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Great communication from the hosts. We could have done with an extra set of keys though. A few restaurants you could walk to, Publix and Winn Dixie a short drive, everything else is a drive off the island. The parking fee was excessive I thought, and the fact that you had to use a laundry room costing $10 for a card and a $10 top up. The beach and pool are lovely, however it is a good 10 minute hike to the beach!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The rooms were larger than I expected (from looking at the photos) and the condo was equipped with everything that we needed for the week! There are updated appliances in the kitchen and the condo was very clean. You do need to be prepared for a long walk to the beach, but it’s worth it! There are plenty of restaurants close by, a couple even within walking distance. We also took advantage of the grills on the property one evening for dinner. The communication from the owners was great-while we had no issues while we were there, it was nice to know that they were a text or call away.

Spacious, beautiful view

The property owners were nice and easy to work with - they made check in / check out super easy. The condo was as advertised but things I especially liked was that it was spacious, they had a drying rack available for drying bathing suits, and the big balcony was in sun and shade so you could always be in a comfortable spot. The crabs at Tigertail beach are fun to see ( there are so many) and we even did a little fishing in the lagoon. The walk to the beach is long so we spent mornings at the pool and after lunch we went down to the ocean. One thing that would be helpful is an extra set of keys if your party isn’t together 100% of the time ( if the HOA allows this) because keys are needed for the condo, the door from the garage ( in the evening) and to go for a walk/run off the property at the entrance gate. Thank goodness there was a keypad to get to the pool and beach - we needed that vs a key. Grocery stores are nearby - a quick drive.

Great location, cooler summers than east cost of Florida, memorable sunsets. Away from crowds, noise. You can always make a short drive to busier nightlife locations.
