Pooler av Kai bygger på mer än 500 fot av vit sandstrand. Tolv hus i tre grupper av fyra, var öppnas till vattnen i Karibiska havet. Lush tropiska landskap gör grunderna trädgård-liknande.

En av de trevliga funktioner är att de kan värmas om du väljer. Runt det du kommer att ha morgonkaffe, middag lunch och kvällen kul. I det du kommer att utöva, föryngra och glädjas. Från det att du kommer att njuta av solen på dagen, månen och stjärnorna i natt och ljusen i George Town över vattnet i North Sound. På grund av det dina romantiska mellanspel kan vara mer njutbart. Wir warum rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
Die Lage ist super. Am morgen wird man im Bett mit dem Sonnenaufgang geweckt. Restaurant und Coffeeshop sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet.

The condo is great, the location is really good for those who wants to be at quiet place.
Very close of Rum Point, one of the nest beaches in GC.
Walking distance to Starfish.
The place is comfortable and has al your need.
We stayed with our 3 kids and they have plenty of space at the apartment.
The view is awesome and you wake up every morning with the sun in front of your room over the water,
Kitchen well equipped, AC works fine and set at perfect temp.
It has all you need to spend a wonderful time.
The beach in front of the condo is good, however it is not the super clear water since it has some grass on top of the sand, however its perfect, you can swim, snorkel and see lot of starfish just two steps from the shore.
The swimming pool is really nice. We used every day, our kids loved and we too.
We also enjoyed the BBQ.
We had the chance to meet the owners Angie and Brian. They were very kind and checking that we got all perfect.

The owners were so helpful with any questions and recommendations. The place was well kept and better than the pictures, which is hard to believe!
My 87 year old mother wished to go snorkeling for our mother daughter trip this year.
After spending a week looking at islands on VRBO, I found the perfect spot at The Charging Station in the Grand Caymans.
The accommodations worked well for us. Mom and one sister sharing twin beds down stairs and the other two sharing upstairs. The bathrooms were large with separate toilets, good size closets and plenty of hangers.
The kitchen had a new coffee maker, refrigerator, barstools and stove. I think we might have been the first to use the oven for baking our fresh fish every night. There is also a Bar-B-Que should you wish to grill your dinner.
Happy hour and dinner were enjoyed next to the pool in the screened in Lani. With the glass patio doors all the way open, we could chat between kitchen and dinning area while cooking. Air conditioning was available but we found with fans on, windows and sliding doors open, the breeze off the water was great in the day time and perfect for sleeping at night. There is a choice of having the pool heated or not, we experienced both and think its worth the cost to have the heat. Its nice; after a day of snorkeling, to enjoy the warmth of your screened in pool.
It was an easy walk for mom to get from the condo to the shore. The calm waters there enabled us to snorkel along and see starfish and a variety of colorful little fish. A short walk from the condo takes you to Kaibo Beach club where we took the bioluminescent bay tour one night. On the way out to the bay;our knowledgeable captain pointed out constellations and planets that could be easily seen from this quiet side of the island,once there it was fun to see plankton light up in the dark water. Also near by, is Rum Point which has a a nice beach, lounge chairs, gift shop, a rental shop for snorkel equipment, a bar and a grill. We had a very good lunch and a nice afternoon of snorkeling one day and the next day came back to take Red Sail's catamaran to Stingray city.
We all enjoyed the touching the rays and the crew was so helpful getting mom in and out of the water
The only complaint was that the twin bed mattresses felt a little old, but we can see that Brian has been working on updating every thing here.
Especially appreciated, was Brian phoning us personally to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.
Also the condo management responded quickly and courteously any of our requests.
We feel this is our best trip together yet.
We have used VRBO for years, I would say 92% of the rentals have exceeded our expectations. This rental did NOT. It is dated and needs a deep...deep cleaning and overhaul! Not really to sure who is to Blame? Management company J & J Enterprises or the Owner?
We did not know ahead to pack our own Toilet paper and paper towels. That should have been listed in the overview. If you plan on using the pool you make arrangements ahead of time. Our 6 1/2 year old son would not even go into it because it was so cold. What a waste! For the cost of this rental it should have been included.
The decor is cheap and worn. There are 3 black bar stools shown in the kitchen photo that look to be leather. No such luck...there are really just covered in BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE. Yes....that is correct. They also show a TV in the upstairs bedroom photo, it was missing. The kitchen was not even stocked with a cookie sheet to warm a frozen pizza. The appliances are old and probably the original from the 90's.
I was taking a shower upstairs while my 70 year old mom was entering the shower on the main floor. She looked up and saw water coming through the light fixture onto her head from upstairs. You could see it had been patched multiple times.
The laundry room only has one bi-fold door the other one was standing up inside of the room either broken or off the track. The paint was peeling off above the door making it look shabby and neglected. We didn't bother to call since we felt as though NO ONE REALLY CARES!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this rental, Until it gets some serious attention.

one of the most awesome vacations this seasoned family of travelers has taken. Rum Point. North Side Definitely the best part of the island to be on. The unit was perfect had everything we needed, (air conditioning in the main living area was a bit finicky but not a problem for us) . I always underestimate the value of a private pool just outside your living area for kids. A lot of nights sitting out on the beach watching the sunset whilst kids frolicked in the pool. Awesome outdoor activities for all ages right off the door step, snorkeling out back, kayaking any time, (rent a kayak for the week and kayak from sweet spot at kai bo right back to your door step). Saw more starfish out back than we did at starfish point.. Private beach area was awesome. Thank you so much Brian and Angela for sharing your home with us.. Met the most awesome vacation neighbors in the unit next door too. Convenient to restaurants and coffee spot within walking distance of the unit and a short drive to a wider variety of local fair. Spent one day going to seven mile beach and the west bay area and were so happy to come back to this side of the island and we really never ventured far after that. Everything we needed was right here.
