The Marcora Mansion has kept in the best way the cultural heritage of the area with respect to its history, carefully keeping in a special place the coat of arms, its seal, distinctions from kings, titles from the secretariat of the legions, manuscripts, personal belongings of the poet etc. The office of Gerasimos Markoras is located in the same place.
Inside the poet's mansion, the frames and paintings depict not only the history of that time, but also the family tree of the family. The frame with the poet's brother, Spyros, who served as ambassador to Russia, is typical, while his letters to the tsarist government are among the most remarkable relics of the archive.
