A large family home with a great floor plan

This is a fabulous house. We love, love love it. My husband and I leased the house from Steve for March and half of April for the past six or seven years. We would be back again, but recently bought our own place. The residence is in a beautiful neighborhood, private and within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A great house for entertaining family and friends. Steve is very responsive if there are issues. There very seldom were any. Well appointed with beach towels, bicycles, plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. The bathrooms have been redone recently with attention to quality. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms.The master bedroom has his and her baths. The bedrooms have recently been improved with nice quality carpeting. We had many a Saturday night dinner around a beautiful large dining table that could fit up to 12 people. There is a room off of the front hall that can be private for reading and or used as an office. Friends always gathered at our place to watch the sunset because we were so close to the beach and had so many chairs. It was the perfect house for us, who love the company of family and friends, the beach and Olde Naples.

The best place for vacationing

This was our second time in this excellent house, that says enough! The owner Steve is punctual, very fast responding and always extremely helpfull. The house, situated more than perfect, gets better and more complete every year. Its a little piece of paradise in the heart of Old Naples with lots of privacy and tranquility and the beautiful beach just oppositite of the street makes its even better. The house is very complete, all bedrooms offer private bathrooms and there is absolutely nothing missing to prevent their visitors from having a more than relaxed and welcoming stay. Feels like coming home every time we arrive back from Tampa, Orlando or the Keys. We booked again for next summer. Can't wait. Would highly recommend!

Naples Oasis

This is not our first stay at this property. We love everything about it!!! The relationship with the owner is seamless and the location ideal. The newly renovated interior was very well done and adds to the flow and openness of this very large home. The bedrooms all have their own bath and are ideally separated and provide for amply privacy. The home is well supplemented with all the extras from plenty of beach towels, beach furniture, bikes, kid toys, etc. The outdoor patio is sheltered, open, spacious and the pool well maintained. And of course the beach is across the street, 5th and 3rd, all the attractions and amazing restaurants are within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!!!!

Perfect house for 4 females ages 58 to 68yrs. Beautifully furnished ,yet very comfortable. The kitchen was fully complete and had a Great restaurant guide in the drawer. The in ground pool was acomfortable tempature and was enjoyed daily. The neighborhood is perfect for an early walk in the morning and the beach is a2 minute walk for sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. It is the total package.

AMAZING TIME

We had an amazing time. Family of 6 stayed for a week, 5 year old, 12 year old, 16 year old, myself and husband and my 75 year old mom. There was PLENTY of space. 2 very large Master Bedrooms on first floor (both had King beds, one also had a double bed) two upstairs BR shared a bathroom and each had a queen bed. The house was stocked with towels, 4 bch chairs, bch wagon, two bikes, a bch umbrella and an assortment of toys for both the pool and bch to include boogie boards! Free wifi, ample space, outdoor grill. The house was 1/2 block from beach access. Is it the Gulf. Enough said. Walking to 5th street shops and restaurants, took a run every day through local neighborhood, and grocery store less than 2 miles from the house. We would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful facilities, location and Steve was a pleasure to work with. Seamless!
