2 week ski trip

Over all this property was everything as advertised. We had some issues with the hot tub turning cloudy and smelly. Someone came out to clean and refill the tub but didn't put bromine tablets. Eventually the tablets were put in and all was well. The downstairs bathroom light did not turn off and the TV's in each room didn't want to turn off either so we turned off manually. We did not end up using them so it wasn't a big issue. Parking can be tight even with two cars. But I would recommend this place and come back. When I called the property manager I got prompt responses.

Oaks at Wasatch in Salt Lake with Private Hot Tub

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall positive with the size and somewhat updated condition of unit, but maintenance issues with unit and lack of actual UBVR maintenance responsiveness was a problem.Door code to get into unit didnt work - since our arrival was after hours, it took answering service almost two hours with us having to make multiple calls to ultimately get us in via garage code. (way too much stress after a day of skiing) Dishwasher wasnt working and still not functioning even after "maintenance person" pressed the button and heard noise said it was fine. Unit doesnt clean dishes Think its the pump in the unit not working. sucked not having a functioning dishwasher.TVs were old and not working and not smart - one tv was on when we arrived but only way to turn off was pull plug. We were finally told there was a trick to turning on and off manually on back of tvs (One remote to main tv was missing and another didn't work). because of these issues had to watch playoff football games in one of the bedrooms.unit could use a new frying pan, spatula and can opener.

Oaks of Wasatch vacation condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting non this complex for years, ~10. This unit provided some challenges not encountered in other units. As always, location, accessibility to activities is the best. Great table for gathering the family together for dinners but the kitchen utensils and equipment were subpar (hand mixer did not work, dishes with badly scratched glaze, no dish drainer, no counter top cleaner, missing serving platters). The unit had some issues reported to maintenance on our arrival that were not addressed (faucet leak in jet tub, non working hairdryer) during our stay. Second night there a woman showed up with a basket of towels stating we weren’t on her schedule! The abundance of air fresheners in the kitchen area had us leery of what they were masking. We moved them to the garage temporarily due to breathing issues they caused. On arrival, the coffee maker had left over grounds in the basket, cheerios on a dining room seat and crumbs between couch cushions. The rest of the condo appeared clean. Two days before checkout, we went for an enjoyable walk at the adjacent park only to return to find the entry door code was discontinued. We called The main number only to be sent to voicemail. No response for three hours. Thankfully the back porch door was unlocked. Overall, a comfortable place to visit with our daughters now living in Utah but could use some freshening.

Nice and comfortable

A nice and comfortable stay for a 7 of us. We have 3 families. All 3 parents have our own bedrooms upstair while the boys have their own bedroom with bunkbeds and living space down in the basement. It was a perfect set up.

Oaks at Wasatch townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description was a bit misleading. The fridge was much smaller than in the pictures, parking for 4 was extremely tight with the trash cans and other items in the garage. 3 of the bathrooms did not have working exhaust fans. The hot tub smelled very bad when we open the cover, we did not use it. The space was good as we had 11 people staying there. Couches were comfortable, location was spot on.
