Overall the place was pretty good. It has about everything we could want to make our stay outstanding. The view and the location could not be better. The cleanliness was outstanding. The layout of the house was very good except the interior windows into the third bedroom left no privacy for whoever used it.
The real disappointment was with the living room furniture, mattresses on beds, and the pool lounges and chairs. Simply said they are old and need to be replaced. The pool furniture is literally shredding and disintegrating. The master bedroom mattress was very poor quality and has a two inch memory foam that is too small for the mattress. The sofas in the living room are way past seeing their better days and the two side chairs are dated and awkward to sit in.
This could be an outstanding place to stay if there was an investment made in replacing the furniture in the living room, mattresses in the bedrooms, and the cushions on the pool furniture.
