Visit with grandchildren

This was a fabulous place to stay. The property is convenient to many things (groceries, family, transportation access). And it is cozy, comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally well equipped. We could not have asked for more!!

Perfect for what I needed

I was in the Seattle area for 4 days and 3 nights, on a motorcycle trip at the end of September, and needed (wanted) a place to stay that had a garage available for the motorcycle, which this one did. That was a huge perk, especially as it was raining on the day I left and I was able to load the bike in a dry garage before heading out for a long day of riding in the rain. Access to the studio apartment is through the garage, and the apartment is the basement of the owner's house. They do have a cat upstairs, I'm pretty sure, but that was fine by me as I was missing my two cats while I was gone from home so I didn't mind hearing some "meowing" occasionally. The hot and cold water piping is reversed in the shower, and if I recall correctly, the kitchen sink. Once I figured out that detail everything was good. And everything was good! The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the studio apartment was clean and cozy (as titled), and I would choose to stay here anytime I'm in the Seattle area, assuming those future dates are available. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to stay for a visit to the Seattle area! We were treated so well! From the bottle of wine on arrival to sadly saying good-bye it was our home away from home.
