Plats, plats, plats !!! Vackert och lyxigt tre sovrum / tre bad "Treehouse" i Bimini Bay. Gångavstånd från paradisstranden och Beach Club. Fånga underbara soluppgångar i vårt hus eller solnedgångar på stranden, bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Vårt hem ligger i Bimini Bay Resort som har pooler, restauranger, kasino, Wi-Fi och nattliv. Vi inbjuder dig att stanna i vårt rymliga hem som är perfekt för en familjeflykt. Bimini ligger cirka 50 miles från Miami. Marina slipsar måste reserveras direkt på Marina kontor. Om så önskas kan golfbilar hyras från en leverantör på ön.

FYI. Master bathroom smells like a sewer always we were not able to use that bathroom. Only one cutting knife, no salad bawl, no blender, no bbq, found roaches, ants, AC on the small and down stairs bedroom none existing, no air coming out of the vents. Not even a jug to make sangria. Tv not working. Too many things. We go to Bimini several times per year and this one was by far the worst place ever."

Property is located on the road side very near the beach pavilion and restaurant which was very convenient for us because we could avoid alot of speed bumps (but view not as good as pictured). Worst issues were a poorly supplied kitchen (no can opener, bottle opener, hotpads, cookie sheet, coffee maker missing insert for grounds, etc. - we had to ask for another set of plates because there were only 3 when we arrived), ants, dryer that must have been blocked because the unit got so hot were afraid of fire, a hot water device upstairs that put off a sonic scream regularly (we had to flip breaker to make it stop), and balcony doors that would not open (which would have been helpful when the AC went out), very dirty windows (which I cleaned in the kitchen and living room), and missing blinds (not a big issue because we would have kept them open anyway). The check in process was very smooth when I went to the office at Fisherman's village, and when I went to the house and found it had not been cleaned from the last guests, that is where the issue started. The nice ladies in the office could not help because I had rented from VRBO, and I needed to get in touch with the property manager. The phone number on the listing did not work. In a panic, (because the office was closing at 5), the people there gave me another number for the property manager and tried to reach her for me as well. Texting finally worked and the cleaners came at 6 to change all 4 beds, and clean. Not a good start to a vacation when the boys had been on the water traveling to Bimini for 12 hours. The same thing happened when the AC went out. It was difficult to reach the property manager but they did finally send over technicians who fixed the unit. Lack of communication and no way to know whether it would be fixed, whether alternate accommodations were available if they could not, and we were just stuck to wait it out not knowing. On the good side, the beds, bedding and towels were luxurious. All tile floors made cleanup easy. Furnishings were very nice, although cleaning of area rug and slip covers was definitely due. Bathrooms were spacious and well maintained. We have been to Bimini Bay several times, and due to the issues we had on this trip, I am renting directly from the office next time. For our problems, I definitely feel a discount is due.

Beautiful home, beautifully furnished.

The home, proximity to the beach and pools, the space and host were excellent. We had only a small problem when the water heater failed but it was promptly attended too. Only recommendation would be to supply a couple more kitchen essentials like dish detergent, hot pot holders and a can opener. We had a beautiful, memorable stay and would happily rent with this host again! Cheers, loved our Bimini vacation. The Greenes.
