• Gas, electricity, water and final cleaning after each rental period are included in the rent. To ensure that all renters wil find the villa clean and tidy Villa MarcoPolo is cleaned thoroughly after each rental period, regardless the duration of the rental period.
  
  Airconditioning, which system also serves as heathing via three separate controllable units, is optional at € 30 p. week. As a guideline: airco is mainly used in July and August. Heathing as of end October till the end of April, especially for chilly evenings. For exemple it can easily be around 25C during afternoons in October with sunny weather.
  A cashdeposit of € 300,00 is required upon arrival, this will be refunded when leaving, after inspection by local agency.
  
  Bedlinen can be provided at € 15 p.set (€ 20 incl. beds made up), a towel set of 2 large and 2 small towels is € 7 p. set, beach towels at € 5
• Short stay will be considered with a minimum of three nights in low/mid season, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered to be weekend nights.
  
  A dog is considered at € 15,00 p. week. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the pool, this will be checked by the personnel of the pool maintenance. Poolmaintenance is two times a week.
  
  The gardener comes in every week (mostly on Fridays) in the period April-October, otherwise twice a month. Please feel free to eat all the fruit availble, nothing has been sprayed and can be eaten directly from the trees, depending on the time of the year: peaches, the yellow and the green prunes, lemons, mandarins and grapes.
  
  Long term renters are welcome and will be charged favorable reduced rates.
  
  Additional cleaning of the Villa is possible upon request at € 70.
