Accommodating up to 16 people, our Bastide is a lovely luxury provençal stoned-built house of 350 m2 (3767,37 sq feet) situated in Aix-en-Provence in the very sought-after district of Puyricard. It is at 12 minutes by car (9 Km) from the historical center of Aix-en-Provence. The elegant Bastide combines the sophistication of the nineteenth century and the contemporary style in order to offer our guests a moment of real relaxation in the 1.4-hectare park (3,5 acres)… From our lavender field, you can admire the mountain of Sainte Victoire, so dear to the painter Paul Cézanne.

Arriving at the Bastide you will be warmly welcomed by the owners, who will meet all your needs.

Facing the south, with large windows opening to the east and west, the rooms in La Bastide de Damien invite in the magical Provencal sun, giving a feeling of joy and well-being to each moment of the day. All the hous is equipped with air conditioning.

A modern and fully equipped kitchen ready to welcome even the best chefs, will help you to create wonderful meals with local products ... yes indeed, you are in Provence! It’s spacious enough to share special moments in the kitchen with your family or friends.

On the ground floor, there are also a play room (American billiards, table football), a large living room of 80 square meters (861 square feet), a dining room (expandable table 16 persons) and 4 ensuite bedrooms with 3 jacuzzis, 4 showers and 4 private WC.

Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and separate toilets.

To maximize privacy, the 8 bedrooms are spread out on different floors and areas of the house.

Outside, a beautiful, shady terrace looks out into a spacious garden where you can play ping-pong and children are free to run about or do somersaults on the grass without bothering anyone relaxing on the lounge chairs by the large swimming pool (which is heated in mid-season).
A large, comfortable outdoor table and a barbeque grill beckon you to enjoy the fresh Provencal air any time of the year. You will also find high-end garden furniture such as luxury umbrellas, outdoor shower….

La Bastide is more than just a vacation rental, it’s a way of life, a simple luxury to lose yourself in the serenity of it. It is perfect for guests enjoying the quiet of the countryside. Close to the center of Aix-en-Provence, we provide bicycles to get to the bakery and vineyards which are not far from our property - We hope to see you soon in this haven of peace and comfort.

There are many attractions to see and visit in the area. You can rent a boat in Marseille with a skipper and visit the 'Calanques', the stunning cliffs that line the Mediterranean coast. You can visit the beautiful Sainte-Victoire mountain with a guide or do a guided tour of Aix-en-Provence. There are many local vineyards and charming Provencal villages all around.

Un endroit merveilleux

Un endroit merveilleux qui permet de se déconnecter totalement du monde, tout en étant à 10 minutes du centre ville d’Aix-en-Provence, les photos sur le site avaient l’air magnifiques, mais la réalité est 100 fois mieux. Nous avons apprécié l’équipement de la maison, la propreté, le jardin qui est superbe avec sa grande piscine, le champ de lavande et l’environnement exceptionnel. Je recommande à tous d’y séjourner pour un luxueux dépaysement que l’on voudrait prolonger tant on s’y plaît. Merci à Damien pour son accueil chaleureux.

Parenthèse enchantée entre garrigues et champ de lavande, lapins oiseaux, cigales.. voilà pour le décor ! Un lieu magique propice au repos, aux retrouvailles en famille. Mobilier, matériaux de grande qualité et de bon goût. Je suis très exigeante et je n’ai vu aucun défaut. La bastide est d’une splendeur absolue, des volumes impressionnants et une décoration unique. Tout est dans la recherche du détail. Une propreté jamais vue, une literie 5 étoiles. Bref ici rien n’a été laissé au hasard.. un grand merci à Corinne, Damien et Dominique qui nous ont reçus avec bienveillance. Nous parlerons de vous et n’hésiterons pas à recommander votre propriété.

Très beau séjour en famille

Magnifique Bastide ancienne avec une rénovation à couper le souffle, les prestations sont de qualités, la propreté est très appréciable, un environnement de rêve propice à la détente, nous conseillons vivement ce coin de paradis, pour finir un grand merci aux propriétaires, nous reviendrons certainement. PS: Merci également à Christelle et Natacha pour les massages autour de la piscine, le top !

Bastide d'exception

Merci à Corinne et Damien pour ce magnifique séjour passé dans leur incroyable bastide Aixoise, je recommande cette maison pour sa disposition, pour les équipements exceptionnels, nous étions 8 couples et nous avons tous adoré, la propreté des lieux et remarquable, le jardin est splendide, nous ferons appel à eux pour un prochain séjour quand le champ de lavande sera en fleur.

The owners, Corinne and Dominique, are a couple from Aix-en- Provence. This couple and their son, Damien, have renovated the bastide with the intention to rent it out from time to time. This is why the features do perfectly fit for a holiday home.
They are very keen on maintaining the very good condition of a 'new house', faithful to the photos.
But like our last guest from Miami said :'It is even better than the photos!'

Damien will answer your emails and make sure that everything is well organised before your arrival. He will book the chef for you and answer all you questions regarding your booking.
